- For the first six months, servicing is complimentary across North America and select regions.
- Thereafter, servicing remains available with courier fees applied for secure, trackable transit and efficient customs handling. These services are carefully selected—and where possible, supported by us—to preserve the quality of your experience.

- Each unit is fully serviceable. Our approach is to restore, not replace—renewing internal components while preserving the original form. This ensures both longevity and a more considered use of materials.
Continuity of Performance
- With continued use, servicing may be required. Should performance evolve, we invite you to return your device for inspection and refinement. Only applicable courier fees apply.
